september 4th Social Studies 11

I love history. I find it fascinating. Today is my third day in this class. I can't stand it. Every other class is at least attempting to start the curriculum. I still don't have text books in both Biology 12 and this one. In Bio I at least got an excuse.there wasn't enough books for the kids. And she still found a way to start us on something.
If I just had the resources I would definitely have a better chance at learning. We have a provincial this year, and from what I've witnessed, I don't feel confident about teaching methods. I also don't feel like an equal...
and I know that in a classroom I will never gain full equality, especially because of the heirarchy, but I don't respect people who won't respect me. The different generations of upbringing is really noticeable. 9times out of 10, teachers who are younger (I find) are more easily relatable, and I respect them more. I usually get more out of the course too. I understand the position of authority, but I don't appreciate people (teachers or people of authority) who are arrogand or rude towards me, and I especially can't stand people who put up a transparent facade .

Express your opinions with confidence and truth.
if you want to be heard.

why dont you feel equal?
the heirachy?
alot of white people or something?

and i hate facades too.
young people still understand what it feels like to be young, and they are expiremental.

reminds me of my english and science teacher.

even my guitar teacher, who is kinda old, is pretty cool.

my socials teacher, who seems older, (30-40) is more spontaneous than SHINK.

i love my teachers, just hate the shcool.

i don't feel equal because he treats us like kids.
and i think, that in all of my classes we still have to ASK to use the washroom :S i feel like a child.
i shouldn't have to ask to go "potty"

and the hierarchy. :PP like. the levels of authority. going in rankings. and we're basically at teh bottom in the school system XP.
we have no power it seems.

well.. this guy is old. and fat. and is born in a different generation. and doesn't understand that we need to be on the same level to have any sort of real discussion.
he acts nice. and as if we're supposed to think that we all are equal. but we're not.
and we can tell he's lying through his smile. even though he doesn't say anything.

music teachers are always better. :P they understand more. and i think are more relaxed. and music is easily relatable. like a common language.

:O MORE than SHINK!? lol :PP
i had a pretty cool old english teacher. his name was gotro. and either you love him or hate him. people would call him a "natzi" because he seemed mean. :P and was strict. and also he knew alot about hitler and stuff. he was so interesting though. and such vivid opinions. and wouldn't put up with (excuse my language)anyones shit.
and he was himself. he wouldn't change. or put up a facade. it was nice. :P he wasn't afraid to say words like "shit" either. he wouldn't throw an EFF bomb. but i mean. he's like "you guys hear it enough, and use it, and should be mature enough to handle it" because really. why should he stop saying it? i mean, if we all used it? and we SHOULD be mature enough to handle it. XP but he didn't just swear alot. like. every once in a blue moon. he was cool. inspiring. :P but i didn't like the homework and got mad when he got after me XD lol :P
so i pretended to hate him and scowl. lol :)
:P i got a C.

SORRY XD i babbled.
it was just a weird experience.

but now my teachers suck. and don't inspire me.
and don't make me want to think.
and don't push my brain for opinions.
i feel like a drone.
XP i wish i was able to go into guitar like i wanted.

i hate my teachers. i want to shoot my socials one.
:P
i like the hallways.
i always thought they were comforting in some way.
especially when they're empty.

oh....
my french teacher isn't SOOO bad. :P
